I thought it gave off heat, but it's just infrared light. It comes with 4 hooks and a cable to hang it from the back. It works very well 👌🏻 I really like it.
The panel shines brightly. Approximately like a 100-watt infrared heating lamp used for warming chicks. All LEDs are working properly. I removed the panel from an old camera that did not have an IR filter. The light from the 850nm LEDs is perfectly visible on such a camera. Especially if you cover the 660nm LEDs with paper (see photo).
The product seems to be good quality very light weight. The red light leds are very bright and strong, so must use eye protection. Can’t wait to use it and hopefully see some results.
Lights appear to be good quality this is based on recovery rate, reduced inflammation and pain in joints. I've recommended this product to several of my martial arts students and they too are getting good results similar to my own. The panels are good but the mounting clips and wires are basically useless, you need to figure out your own system for mounting or preventing them falling over.
Super top and performs its function better than others in the competition.
