Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund.

To request a refund, email us at andrew.abelson11@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We'll review your request and process approved refunds within 3-5 business days.

Please note that we do not accept refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
